How to use the terms copy
This terms and conditions copy is designed for situations where payment methods must be described accurately, comprehensively, and with legal clarity. The texts are used to explain the rules governing invoices, installments, and other financing options, as well as to clarify the relationship between the customer, you as the merchant, and Zaver. The tone must always be formal, neutral, and free from marketing language.
The terms and conditions copy complements product and checkout copy by ensuring that the customer receives correct legal information before, during, and after the purchase.
The texts can be used as:
Formal descriptions
Formal descriptions in payment terms, such as in general terms and conditions, contract appendices, quotes, order confirmations, and installation agreements.
Clear regulatory text
Clear regulatory text describing when invoicing occurs, applicable payment terms, distribution of liability, and when credit checks are required.
Mandatory purchase information
Mandatory purchase information in flows where the customer must review terms before a purchase can be finalized.
Merchant-specific documentation
Merchant-specific documentation where payment methods and terms need to be described for partners, for example, in onboarding materials, integration manuals, or industry-specific agreements.

Terms and conditions copy must always prioritize accuracy over brand voice and cannot be adapted in the same way as product or checkout copy. The purpose is to provide the customer with full transparency and meet legal requirements, while ensuring the texts remain as clear and legible as possible within the framework of formal terms.

- är folkbokförd i Sverige
- inte har skulder hos Kronofogden
- har en stadigvarande inkomst
- inte genomgår skuldsanering
Vid val av betalning med ett kreditalternativ genomförs en kreditprövning, vilket innebär att en kreditupplysning inhämtas. Du får alltid en kopia av kreditupplysningen via digital post.

Through Zaver, you may be offered different payment options, such as direct payment, deferred payment, or installment payments. The payment options available to you will always be shown in the payment flow at the time of purchase. All payments made through Zaver must be made directly to Zaver in accordance with Zaver’s instructions.
For payment options involving installment payments or financing, a separate credit agreement is entered into between the customer and Zaver, or a lender designated by Zaver. [COMPANY NAME] is not a party to that agreement. All terms, costs, and any applicable requirements are governed directly by the lender.
Completion of the order is subject to the customer being approved for credit by Zaver. A credit decision is provided immediately in connection with the purchase.
To finance your purchase through invoice or installment payments via Zaver, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- be registered as a resident in Sweden
- have no debt registered with the Swedish Enforcement Authority
- have a regular income
- not be undergoing debt restructuring.
If you choose a credit-based payment option, a credit assessment will be carried out, which means that a credit report will be obtained. You will always receive a copy of the credit report via digital mail.

Through Zaver, you may be offered installment payments with an initially discounted interest rate. At the time the agreement is entered into, a lower interest rate applies, for example 0%.
In the event of a missed or late payment, or any other deviation from the payment plan, Zaver reserves the right to adjust the interest rate to a higher level. The adjusted rate will apply from the time of the deviation and for the remaining term of the credit.
The higher interest rate will normally correspond to Zaver’s standard interest rate and will be stated in the credit agreement.

Monthly payment
Vid val av Månadsbetalning samlas dina köp under en kalendermånad och debiteras i en samlad betalning efter månadens slut. Betalningen sker via autogiro från ditt bankkonto.
Exakt debiteringsdatum framgår i samband med köpet eller i den information som Zaver tillhandahåller. Betalning med befriande verkan kan endast ske till Zaver.
Om autogirodragningen inte kan genomföras kan beloppet i stället faktureras. Fakturan skickas då till den e-postadress du har angivit.

If you choose Monthly payment, your purchases are collected over the course of a calendar month and charged as one combined payment after the end of the month. Payment is made through direct debit from your bank account.
The exact debit date will be provided at the time of purchase or in the information made available by Zaver. Payment with discharging effect may only be made to Zaver.
If the direct debit cannot be completed, the amount may instead be invoiced. In that case, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.
